At Naughty & Nice we also specialise in creating bespoke, beautiful cakes. We handmake luxury celebration cakes that are ideal for birthdays, anniversaries or any other special event, and we can create bespoke designs that are sure to be loved.
Delivery & collection
We run a free collection service from our West Sussex premises. Please state a collection date at time of purchase.
Shipping policy
Nationwide delivery is ONLY available for our brownies, cookies, shortbreads, billionaires, cookie cups, cornflake cakes, happy bombs & fudge slabs. These are sent via Royal Mail, you can choose your delivery date at the checkout.
We are unable to deliver nationwide orders for cupcakes & mini loafs. These will run on our collection only service.
The delivery services we offer are next day delivery with tracked postage.
Delivery is free for nationwide delivery over £55.
We will not be held liable if you are unable to receive the delivery or have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
Reasons we may not be able to deliver:

If you have not provided a complete delivery address.

If there is nobody at home and you have not provided instructions for leaving in a safe place or with a neighbour.
In all cases we will attempt to phone first, if that is unsuccessful we will send a text message.
Failed deliveries are extremely rare and we deliver all cakes on the customer specified day and within the specified time frame 99.9% of the time.
